This stage includes all the tasks aimed at creating a concept to be developed and making its development feasible. We divide it into the following phases:
Confirmation of Feasibility
We identify available resources, the condition of the land, and regulatory, financial, and marketing restrictions and opportunities.
We come up with or advise on the concept to be built.
We coordinate, review and check out the design work of all the disciplines involved in the development.
We take care of getting the necessary viability approvals and permits for building the proposed project.
Formation of the Work Team
We define our work team members and set up the respective negotiations.
Development is the process that includes construction of the project up to its delivery and/or opening. The following sub-processes are taken into account:
Construction & Design
Here we handle the tasks of implementing, supervising, checking quality and managing, so that the project can be completed according to a pre-established design, budget, and timeline.
We coordinate everything needed for complying with project regulations, in all aspects.
Finance & Accounting
This involves assisting with finance management and accounting so that the entire project can be developed and constructed properly. We keep up-to-date account statements, provide treasury services for payment of suppliers, and coordinate tax strategies to be followed. All these services are duly audited internally and externally.
We handle the tasks of marketing, sales and promotion for the developments.
