After starting several successful real estate development firms, Urban Partner’s founding partners joined forces to pool top talent for real estate development that can transform the region’s cities and countries.
Along the way, the group has accumulated solid growth, high rates of return on investments and a development portfolio of more than 150,000 square meters.
Its experience includes highly visible Costa Rican residential projects such as Bosques de Lindora, La Hacienda Condominium, Altos de Palermo, and Alta Pietra, as well as commercial projects such as Forum I and Forum II, two of the most prestigious business parks in Costa Rica.
Alberto has a long and successful business record. Before founding Urban Partners, he started his real estate career in 1991 with the Bosques de Lindora residential development.
Arie has participated in numerous real estate development projects, with particular emphasis since 2005 on the Alta Pietra and Altos de Palermo residential projects.
Manuel started out in construction in 1988, and in 1997 he joined Génesis Desarrollos to lead the Forum I project. During his years at Génesis he also helped develop Forum II and the La Hacienda residential complex.
Kattia started gaining experience in real estate in 2005, taking part in the development, financing, management and control of such real estate projects as Hacienda Espinal, Global Park, Parque Empresarial del Este, Coyol Duty Free Zone and Flexipark with the Garnier & Garnier Group
Javier joined the Urban Partners team in 2011, but before that he worked at Génesis Desarrolladores for nine years, occupying a series of positions in operations and development.
Mario started out in the shopping center industry in early 2000 and was responsible for the conception, promotion and leasing of all the commercial locales in Terramall, Paseo de las Flores (First Stage).
